• Communication Data: Messages, automation flows, and campaign content created on the platform
• Technical Data: WhatsApp instance connection details, API keys, and integration configurations

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the ZatpatCRM platform
• To process your subscription payments through Razorpay
• To send transactional emails such as invoices, receipts, and account notifications

4. Payment Data & Razorpay

All payment transactions on ZatpatCRM are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking credentials. Razorpay handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. WhatsApp Data

ZatpatCRM connects to WhatsApp via the official WhatsApp Business API (WABA) and WhatsApp Web (Baileys). When you connect your WhatsApp account:

• Your WhatsApp conversations and contact data are stored securely on our servers to power the CRM inbox
• We do not read, analyze, or share your WhatsApp messages for any purpose other than displaying them in your CRM inbox
• You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your contacts before messaging them through our platform
• We comply with Meta's and WhatsApp's data handling requirements

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share limited data only in the following circumstances:

• Razorpay: For payment processing
• Meta / WhatsApp: For WhatsApp Business API integration
• Hosting Providers: Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud servers (Hostinger VPS)
• Legal Compliance: When required by Indian law, court order, or government authority

All third-party service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
