Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased on ZatpatCRM (zatpatcrm.com), a product of Accuspeed Solutions Private Limited, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Free Trial

ZatpatCRM offers a 7-day free trial on all paid plans. No credit card or payment is required to start the free trial. You may explore all features of your selected plan during the trial period without any charge.

If you do not wish to continue after the trial, simply do not upgrade — no charges will be applied.

3. Subscription Payments

All subscription payments on ZatpatCRM are:

  • Processed securely through Razorpay
  • Charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Subject to applicable GST as per Indian tax laws
  • Non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced, except as stated below

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered in the following cases only:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error
  • Incorrect Charge: If you were charged an amount different from the displayed price at checkout
  • Service Unavailability: If ZatpatCRM was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a fault on our end (excluding scheduled maintenance)

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction by writing to info@zatpatcrm.com with your registered email address and transaction ID.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after subscription payment
  • Partial use of the subscription period
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • WhatsApp account bans or restrictions imposed by Meta
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle renewal
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described on our pricing page

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your ZatpatCRM subscription at any time:

  • Log in to your account → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan
  • Or write to us at info@zatpatcrm.com

Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle.

7. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) used at the time of purchase
  • Razorpay processing fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated

8. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, the difference will be charged on a pro-rata basis for the remaining days. If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund will be issued for the difference in plan cost during the current cycle.

9. Governing Law

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
